Founded in 2025, Hilden & Co Estates was built on a passion for delivering exceptional estate agency services. Our sister company, Hilden Management, is a specialist New Homes Agency, successfully selling new-build properties across Kent for developers.
Many of our would-be new home purchasers asked if we could assist in selling their existing homes. Historically, we passed this business to local agents within the second-hand market. But for many buyers, the excitement of purchasing a new-build home was overshadowed by the challenge of selling their current property. Too often, their dream move was delayed or lost due to poor communication, ineffective marketing, and limited resources dedicated to finding the right buyer. It simply wasn’t good enough.
